"Brad" is C.J. Smith from Erie, Penn. C.J. attends school and has been writing since 2004. His favorite things to write are short stories and comic books. He currently is working on a graphic novel.

C.J.'s favorite movie is "Percy Jackson and the Lightning Thief," and his favorite TV show is "Spongebob Squarepants."  C.J. helps take care of the family pets, which consist of cats, fish and a guinea pig.

C.J. enjoys the outdoors and playing a variety of sports. He plays several different league sports year round and was a member of his school's running club this past school year. C.J. also participates in the PALA Challenge (Presidential Active Lifestyle Award).

C.J. wants to encourage people to eat healthly foods and do physical activity everyday. C.J.'s favorite sports are hockey and football. In addition to school, C.J. is an active Boy Scout and likes to bike and skateboard. He would love to be a professional skateboarder.
